
If you cancel...
Any charters cancelled that are paid by credit cards will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
Final payments are always due two weeks prior to date of departure. This does not include tolls and parking fees.
Driver gratuity is appreciated, but is not included in the cost of the trip.
A $200.00 trash and damage fee may be required if there is damage and/or excessive wear and tear. If the coach is damaged by the chartering party, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
An itinerary must be submitted to our office two weeks prior to departure. If we did not quote based on your final itinerary, the price is subject to change.
The driver can get you to the destination city. The charter party is responsible for providing directions to any place or attraction the group wishes to go.
Anchor Trailways & Tours, Inc. strictly adheres to the laws put forth by the Department of Transportation, Part 395 as follows:
Anchor Trailways & Tours, cannot guarantee the assignment of a requested driver or motor coach. Anchor reserves the right to lease equipment and drivers from other companies to satisfy known commitments.
Anchor Trailways & Tours, Inc. will not be liable for any delays due to mechanical failure, inclement weather, traffic delays, Acts of God, or any other conditions and situations beyond our control. If, in the opinion of the carrier, conditions make it inadvisable to operate the charter service from point of origin, or at any point of origin, or at any point en route, Anchor Trailways & Tours will not be liable or caused to be held responsible for any damages what so ever, such as, but not limited to: meals, lodging, admissions, etc. Any and all costs are the sole responsibility of the chartering party.
Drugs or illegal substances are prohibited on all coaches. A $100 non-refundable alcohol fee must be paid in order to have alcohol on the coach.
Anchor is not responsible for item left or lost on the motor coaches.
